Exact Part Number / SKU Order Basis
Automotive parts are supplied against the exact manufacturer/OE part number confirmed on the order. Accessories, tools, consumables and generic items are supplied against the exact VAGMATE SKU/product shown at checkout.
If VAGMATE or a fulfilment partner supplies a different part number/SKU from the confirmed order, the customer may raise a correction/return case.
Correctly Supplied Parts
Automotive parts are supplied against the exact confirmed part number or SKU shown on the order. If VAGMATE or its fulfilment partner supplies a different part number/SKU, the case is eligible for correction/return. Correctly supplied parts are not accepted back for change of mind, workshop recommendation changes or incorrect customer selection, subject to applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights.
Warranty
VAGMATE does not provide an independent parts warranty unless specifically stated. Any applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty is subject to its own terms, inspection requirements and exclusions.
Shipping & Fulfilment
An order may be fulfilled by VAGMATE or a coded fulfilment partner such as VGP001. Multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. Dispatch time and courier transit time are separate estimates.
Shipping and dispatch estimates depend on fulfilment source, product availability, packed weight/dimensions and destination. Final freight is confirmed before 100% payment where live calculation is available.
Transit Damage / Wrong Supply
Report visible transit damage promptly with photographs/video of the outer package and product. Wrong part-number supply, transit damage, defective-product claims and legally required exceptions are reviewed separately from change-of-mind returns.
